Refund Policy
At Above the door, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right for you.
We offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy so no matter what your reason for returning your item we will always accept you return request.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Refunds are not accepted for personalised items. We will only accept refunds if we have not begun the design process for your personalised item. If you order a personalised item and it arrives damaged we will send you a replacement.

We do not accept refunds for personalised items. If your item arrives damaged we will send a replacement. We will ask for photo evidence of the damage to the print or frame. If you place an order for a personalised item we will not accept cancellations or refunds if we have started designing your item.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-5 business days.

Frame Info
All of our prints arrive fully framed. Ready to hang on your walls. We offer 3 colours Black, White and Natural.
Our frames are made in the UK and come with plexiglass instead of real glass. This is much safer to hang above your door or anywhere and is also safer to post to avoid orders arriving with smashed glass.

Handmade in the UK by Above The Door: Every print is carefully crafted in our UK studio using professional archival matte photography paper for exceptional durability and longevity. We use Giclée printing — the same high-end process trusted by art galleries around the world — to achieve the finest quality results.
Vivid Colours: Each design is created in-house using Photoshop and Illustrator, then reproduced with high-resolution printing technology to deliver rich, vibrant, and true-to-life colours.
Museum-Grade Archival Ink: We use Epson fade-resistant, pigment-based inks to ensure your print retains its original brilliance and colour integrity for years to come.
Sizes
We like to keep things simple at above the door that's why we only offer 2 sizes which are 5x5 inches and 8x24 inches.
Both sizes are designed to fit above most doors or fit perfectly on a fireplace. Please measure your space before you place an order to check it will fit.
Packaging
We package our framed prints in cardboard and bubble wrap this helps protect the frame and plexiglass from getting damaged.

Love this sign!
Hung as a surprise for when my husband got home from a trip away. When he noticed he sent me this photo and this comment: “You are something else xx”. Happy with the service, packaged well and great quality. Would recommend using tape to hang so doesn’t flap about above the door 👍❤️
The sign was really well designed, and the whole process felt collaborative from start to finish. The design team provided multiple proofs, making sure I was completely happy at each stage, and were very accommodating in refining the details. The final result looks fantastic and exactly what I wanted.
