SoulCollage™ is an intuitive art process invented by therapist and artist, Seena Frost. Her book, SoulCollage, outlines the development and uses of the SoulCollage™ process.
 
SoulCollage™ offers an opportunity to directly access your intuition, first by allowing images to “choose you” and then by putting those images together in surprising and moving ways in the form of collaged cards. Hand made SoulCollage™ cards reflect your personal mythology—the archetypes, personality parts, community and animal companions that inform your life.  The process may lead you to discover previously unnoticed parts of yourself while you tell your life stories and connect more deeply with yourself and with others.

While it is certainly possible to make cards on your own and to enjoy and benefit from the process, SoulCollage was conceived as and works wonderfully as a group experience. It is a special opportunity to share introspection and insights with others through the medium of art making. 

SoulCollage™ Workshops and Groups
 
Exploring SoulCollage™ is a one day intensive workshop or may be taken over several sessions. This introductory workshop covers the composition of the SoulCollage™ deck, card making, writing from cards and card reading. It is offered several times a year. SoulStudio meets monthly and is an ongoing way to make cards with others. SoulStudio includes a group reading of selected writings, followed by a brief meditation or guided visualization. The group then turns to images and card making for most of the session. Card making is followed by a "gallery walk" as everyone puts out newly made cards for others to see. The session finishes with a "debriefing" of the cards by exploring their meanings through a variety of writing exercises and optional sharing with the group. There are two sessions of SoulStudio each month--one on the first Friday of each month from 6:30-9:30 pm and another on the following Saturday morning from 9am-noon. SoulStudio groups meet at Sara’s home studio and are limited to ten participants. Seasonal themes and individual suits are emphasized. See schedule page for dates.

SoulCircle meets monthly for card reading and writing from cards. Many of us have beautiful decks of SoulCollage cards and although we treasure them, we find that after a while, we rarely look at them.  A small group, SoulCircle, meets with the aim of getting to know our cards by consulting them through readings and exploring their meaning by writing.  SoulCircle members learn in the context of a sharing group. This group makes a minimum three month commitment to working together. Group size is limited to five.  The current SoulCircle group is full. Other SoulCircle groups will be formed as needed. NEW! SoulSession is a 60 minute personalized one on one directed card reading for exploring life questions with Sara. Using your SoulCollage cards, we explore a variety of ways to aproach issues through suits, symbols, card placement, reoccurring imagery-whatever your deck reveals. Investment $90. Invite Sara: SoulCollage Workshops create a special experience for your group or business.  Themed workshops are appropriate for a wide variety of groups and are a fun and memorable way to come together.  Guests at a wedding shower may make cards around “Love”.  A non profit may want to create “Community” cards.  A church group explores “Images of God”.

SoulCollage™ and Creativity Coaching

Combining SoulCollage™ with creativity coaching invites your right brain imagination and intuition to work powerfully with your left brain logic.
