Living A Sustainable Life

As we enter the new year, we will focus on sustainability in various aspects of our lives.  Using the lens of time, we’ll look for areas in our lives that are rushed, for places in which our current pace is essentially unsustainable and needs adjustment and/or healing. Thursday and Friday sessions are evening meetings, 6:30-9:30
Saturday sessions are morning 9am-noon  In January, SoulStudio also meets on Thursday, January 17 6:30-9:30pm.  A fourth session of SoulStudio will be scheduled February-June according to the needs of the group. If possible, please specify a 1st and 2nd choice of meeting time.

SoulCircle, a group for card reading and writing, is tentatively scheduled for February 9 1:30-4:30, April 5, 1:30-4:30 and June 7, 1:30-4:30.  Additional dates may be scheduled to meet demand.
